In pairs, we calculated absenteeism for the fictional organization, ONO Inc. over the last year. We also explained why absenteeism was or was not a problem for the organization and our recommendations.

In groups, we calculated the total employee turnover for a fictional organization, Ups and Downs Inc. over the last year. As outside consultants, we also detailed a program for reducing turnover, given that our program would cost $285,000 to implement and that a 10% reduction in overall cost of turnover was projected. Along with our program, we also detailed the projected savings we could offer to Ups and Downs.
