Prepared and presented a three-hour training workshop (with a 15-minute break) on my given topic, “Sharpening Your Business Writing Skills”. Our workshops were open to our own creativity and use of reinforcement techniques. However, there were two essential components that needed to be covered; a test to determine if our learning objectives were achieved and an evaluation tool to determine the overall effectiveness of the training workshop.
