In pairs, we were given the job description for a hypothetical Executive Assistant, Human Resources at an organization. We developed a set of standards for two job responsibilities under each job duty of the position.

Using two role-play scenarios, we were to develop two action plans based on the area for improvement presented in the role-play scenarios.
