In groups, we were to contact an organization to work with to create an Orientation/Onboarding Checklist with. We chose to work with the Downtown Dartmouth Business Commission who hire summer students each year. Although Orientation and Onboarding would typically be longer, this checklist was tailored to the summer months that these students would be employed.

This assignment was placed in to two parts:
Part 1: Using a fictional organization within the Information Technology Consulting industry, I created a Privacy Policy for that company using the 10 PIPEDA principles.

Part 2: I developed the procedures to address how this policy would be implemented in the fictional organization. Of the three principles provided to create procedures for, I chose Challenging Compliance.
