In groups, we were to act as if we were a part of an Ad Design Group for a Recruitment Agency. Our client, Javabox, made requests for us to design both an internal job posting and an external advertisement. Based on the budget of the organization ($928), we determined the mediums that would be used to place the ad. We also had to provide information about our medium choice. (i.e. price, length of time the ad will run, sizes of ads, deadlines and lead times, format needed, rationale behind choices)
