Based on my past achievement of obtaining a GPA over 75% at Acadia University, I would like to graduate from the Human Resources Management Advanced Diploma Program with an average of 80% or more in the Spring of 2019. 

Once I have obtained my diploma and have some experience through my 5-week internship, I would like to immediately begin working in the field as a generalist. This will give me the opportunity to work with all aspects of the field.

By having an average over 80% in the Human Resources Management Advanced Diploma Program I will waive my National Knowledge Exam to become a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) candidate. This is something that’s important to me to achieve to further my career in the field.

​In the next five years, I would like to find a mentor to work with; Having a mentor will provide guidance, encouragement and support from a trusted and experienced Human Resources professional.

As a new member of the HR community, I would like to see myself attending at least one conference/networking event each year over the next five years to strengthen my relationships and knowledge.
